HISTORY
Benedictine Monastery at Arcadia, built in stages between 1962 and 1980. The chapel includes some important stained glass windows including the ‘Dunbar windows’ from the original St Mary’s cathedral, commemorating three of those drowned in the wreck of the Dunbar in 1857.
